Danish Ancestry in United States

Danish Americans are Americans who have full or partial Danish ancestry. People of Danish ancestry form an important minority group in several countries in North and South America. As per the estimates, the total population of the Danish Diaspora is 2 million around the world and they are in good numbers in the United States, Brazil, Canada, Greenland, and Argentina

According to the United States Ancestry Census 2020, there were 1,244,498 (0.38% of the U.S. population) people of Danish descent in the U.S.
