According to Statistiques Luxembourg, As of January 1, 2023, 660,809 inhabitants reside in Luxembourg. The population of the Grand Duchy increased by 15,412 people in 2022. This increase in the population is mainly due to migration, particularly the massive influx of Ukrainian immigrants (4,268).
