Grenada consists of the island of Grenada itself, two smaller islands, Carriacou and Petite Martinique, and several small islands which lie to the north of the main island and are a part of the Grenadines. Christianity is the main religion in Grenada . Among Christians Protestants have most number of adherents followed by Catholics . 5.70% of population is unaffiliated or Irreligious.

Grenada is a multi-ethnic nation, home to people of different ethnic, religious and national backgrounds.
Grenada population is predominantly African/black (82.4%) followed by mixed African-European descent (13.3%). 2.2% of the population is East Indian (Indo-Caribbean)
There is a small European origin minority (0.4%), small numbers of Lebanese/Syrians (0.04%) and Chinese (0.02%). Grenada also has a small population of pre-Columbian native Caribs.
