Filipino Americans are those having origins in any of the original peoples of the Philippines or Filipino ancestry. Approximately 4.4 million people (1.34% of all respondents) identified as Filipino Americans in the 2020 US Census. It’s the third-largest group among Asians in the United States and the largest group among South East Asians.
